Then my coaching programmes are just for you! During our time together, we get ‘down and dirty’. We cover all of these areas and so much more. Whatever area of your life or whatever bullshit story you have told yourself of why you can’t have an awesome life, we will work through it together. During our sessions we peel back layers and strip you right back to the core of who you really are. We work on letting go of self-doubt and all of those self-sabotaging thoughts and we bring in self-love and self-acceptance. We work together to get you back to living a balanced, soulful and holistic life.
You may have heard this quote before and I truly, truly believe it and live by it – ‘The healthier you are in all areas of your life, the happier you are’! After our time together during my coaching program, I want you to wake up every day and say yes to life. I want you to be more aware of yourself, love yourself and nourish yourself and as a result, allow you to have more healthy and loving relationships with those around you.
I am not a coach who preaches to you, gives you cures or a magic pill that is going to fix you overnight. I’m an everyday-green- smoothie-loving-kinda-girl who loves, loves, loves coaching and supporting you on your journey into wellness. I don’t give you a gold star after my programmes and say, ‘Here you go, you’re perfect now and ready to roll’. But I do give you a free pass from your self-sabotaging thoughts so you can get out there and live a freakin awesome and fearless life.
Don’t worry, as you might have read on my about page, I did not just wake up and have the perfect life. I actually do not believe in the word ‘perfect’. I prefer to use the saying ‘we are imperfectly perfect’ right here, in this very moment.
My personal/business philosophies I live by are the following four words and the beliefs and values I hold to them. Breathe, Move, Nourish & Connect. My goal is for you to have these interwoven into every moment of your life too beautiful. During my coaching programme, together we work out what each of these words means to you and we will interweave them into your life. I believe again that we are not perfect, but that we are simply choosing to show up every day and every moment being open to being the best version of ourselves.
All of my programmes are very unique and designed just for you. What ‘balance’ means to someone, could mean the complete opposite for another. My programmes are designed to fit your shoe size and not your partners, friends, or families shoe size. These programmes are all about you and getting you back on track to living a kick-ass life.

I can conduct any of the programmes listed above for groups of 5 – 10. I can come to your home or office and really individualise the programmes to the needs of the group. Group sessions are really great for those who want to help support their sisters on the path to wellness.
