Choosing to see the beauty within.     How can I see the light in others but not within me? How can I see the beauty in all these glowing radiant pregnant women but not within myself? Somewhere amongst our ego's and thought process as a newer or even older more established yoga student we have this pre-conceived idea in our minds of what a yoga teacher looks like. We make them out to be in our heads "PERFECT".  We imagine they walk through life, effortlessly with out any pain or suffering and that they are untouchable from shit hitting the fan. Hmm well I beg to differ here as this is not the truth from my own personal experience anyway. Self-love vs Sexy Selfie      I've noticed a disturbing trend in my Instagram feed of late. Yogis pouting when posing, doing flow in fluro undies and exposing way too much cleavage during cobra. Call me prudish, but is any one else noticing the increasing sexual 'yoga' imagery across our social media?   I love taking Selfies.
