Bliss Balls

Bliss Balls

BlISS BALLS

INGREDIENTS:

Raw organic Cacao Powder (2-3 tablespoons)

1 cup of finely chopped or ground activated nuts ( I like almonds or hazelnuts)

Sprinkle of Cacao nibs

Sprinkle of desiccated coconut

12-16 Dates (pitted and finely chopped)

One small hand full of almond meal or LSA mix

A sprinkle of spirulina or your favorite super food mix (optional)

1-2 tablespoon Honey or agave syrup (depends on your sweet tooth)

What to do next:

Throw all the ingredients together in a bowl, add a few tablespoons of water to begin and some more as needed. You will need to get your hands in the bowl and mix everything all in together (yes your hand s will be covered in yummy bliss ball mess, but it is all part of the fun of making them). Keep adding water slowly until they become nice and sticky. Once you have the consistency roll them in the palm of your hand into small balls, and then roll them through some desiccated coconut (you’ll have ready on a plate). Easy from here, all you need to do is put them in the fridge, let them set for 2 hours, then get one of these balls of delicious tastiness into your tummy.
